Responsibilities
Kforce has a client need of a Project Manager in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:
- Project Manager will review business case, clarify goals and approach, scope, resources and budget requirements
- Lead all elements of assigned projects to deliver the stated goals and objectives
- Manage project budgets
- Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of practices and procedures used and recommend changes to improve outcomes
- As a Project Manager, you will align project changes, risks, and dependencies with the overall project portfolio
- Negotiate and manage trade-offs between time, cost, and scope
- Produce accurate and timely communications and reporting for all assigned projects
Requirements
- PMP certification
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience
- Demonstrable experience transitioning business processes and executing transformation projects
- Experience working on global projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working in a shared services model is preferred
- Conceptual understanding of common business processes
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
