We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Project Manager to oversee and lead the successful execution of projects. This role will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of project goals with business objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and optimizing project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing complex projects, and the ability to drive operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead teams to ensure the successful execution of the project within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and implement project strategies aligned with business goals.
• Report progress and key metrics to senior management.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Manage communication with clients and internal teams to meet project objectives.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations and company standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.

Continuous Improvement & Business Support:

• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
• Provide valuable analysis and insights for decision-making and business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Process Engineering, etc.). A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Minimum B1 English proficiency.
• PMP Certification (mandatory).
• Scrum Master Certification (desirable).
• Strong communication skills and client relationship management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
