We with a leading construction management firm based in Blue Bell, PA to identify a Project Manager with proven experience in pharmaceutical and life sciences construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, and the client.
• Coordinate and oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client-specific protocols, particularly in life sciences/pharma environments.
• Collaborate with field personnel and support teams to troubleshoot issues and drive project success.

Qualifications:

• 5–15 years of experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, with a strong portfolio of pharmaceutical or life sciences projects.
• Solid understanding of GMP requirements, cleanroom construction, and other standards unique to the life sciences sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-stakes timelines effectively.
