We with a leading construction management firm based in Blue Bell, PA to identify a Project Manager with proven experience in pharmaceutical and life sciences construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead construction projects from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, and the client.
Coordinate and oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality control.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client-specific protocols, particularly in life sciences/pharma environments.
Collaborate with field personnel and support teams to troubleshoot issues and drive project success.
Qualifications:
5–15 years of experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, with a strong portfolio of pharmaceutical or life sciences projects.
Solid understanding of GMP requirements, cleanroom construction, and other standards unique to the life sciences sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-stakes timelines effectively.
