ASM Chilltech is BGIS company. ASM Chilltech provides expert HVAC & Mechanical Services solutions, including installations, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance for commercial and industrial facilities.

We are looking for a Project Manager with commercial experience in HVAC Installations to join our Projects team. You will work across a diverse and growing portfolio of well-known clients in government, education, healthcare, defense, and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee project delivery from scope definition to handover, ensuring all stages meet the specified requirements.

🔹 Manage project budgets, including cost forecasting, invoice processing, and financial reporting.

🔹 Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

🔹 Complete and submit required paperwork and reports

🔹 Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices

🔹 Adhere to company and client HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) policies

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Self-motivated, energetic professional with strong customer service skills

✅ Extensive knowledge in commercial HVAC & mechanical services and Project Management

✅ Experience with chilled & heating water systems, packaged & split system installations (preferred)

✅ Well-presented individual who takes pride in their work

✅ Mandatory Requirements:

• Current VBA License applicable to the trade
• Valid Driver’s License
• Working with Children Check
