Role Overview: Leading projects for delivering consulting services and/or product implementations across Europe. While making sure quality, time and project requirements are all kept up to the highest standards, making organizations happy with the delivery of service and supporting internal team give their best! As the contact person with clients, you’ll also keep an eye on the relationship, identify and analyze their needs (within and outside of current projects), enabling the teams to bring forward quality services / products to these organizations. Requirements: Proven project management track record, in IT services / IT products delivery. Security services / products project manage experience a plus. Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP, Agile Management) Ability to work with internal teams (consulting, engineering, sales) to identify appropriate resources for successful project delivery and realization Good understanding of IT (ideally information security – but not required, you can pick this up as you go!) solutions and services, and service deliver (ITIL 3 / ITIL 4 certification a plus) Organized, flexible, solution thinking, problem solving mentality and able to put a plan together and see it to fruition. Fluent English, Dutch – other European language a plus (project executed in German/French/Italian/Spanish & other European locations) and the ability to work with international, diverse teams, internal and external. A great communicator, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, technical or not, internal and external.
