• Strong experience in project setup and execution planning
• Clear stakeholder communication and coordination
• Understanding of data architecture and data domains
• Ability to map and optimize business processes
• Experience with data migrations in complex environments
• Experience in managing organizational change
• Background in clinical systems or environments
• Familiarity with data hubs and integration
• Basic understanding of Finance, Risk, and Governance processes
• Pharmaceutical industry experience
