Project Manager (Aviation) to lead innovative projects in the
Southwest Florida Region, with a focus on a new concourse from construction through project close-out.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of dynamic, high-impact projects and work alongside top-tier architects, engineers, and project managers to bring visionary airport infrastructure to life. You’ll be at the forefront of aviation design and construction, managing resources, subconsultants, and teams while ensuring successful project execution.
What You’ll Do
- Lead transformational aviation projects, coordinating design and construction activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective solutions.
- Strengthen client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor through daily interactions, reporting, and collaboration.
- Drive project success, resolving complex design challenges and mitigating risks to keep projects on track.
- Oversee contract documentation, from technical specifications and cost estimates to permitting and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate across disciplines, working with FAA, DOTs, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver seamless project execution.
- Champion innovation and teamwork, bringing strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to every challenge.
- Contribute to future opportunities, helping position Jacobs for continued success through business development initiatives.

This is a
100% onsite role in
Fort Myers, FL. Hybrid and remote work is not available.

Here's what you'll need
- Bachelors in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent related discipline
- 5+ years successfully leading design/construction teams on new and/or renovation aviation projects in excess of $5M
- Understanding of LEED certification process
- Understanding of OSHA Safety requirements
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Project Management (PPM), or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

The base salary range for this position is $109,000.00 to $170,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
