My client is a U.S.-based renewable energy developer headquartered in Austin, operating as part of a global organization with roots dating back to the 1960's. The company entered the U.S. market approximately four years ago and is now in a high-growth phase, supported by the substantial backing of a very strong parent company, a multi-billion-dollar enterprise. With a goal to become one of the most forward-thinking developers in the U.S, they offer a dynamic environment where you can take a hands-on approach and bring creative ideas to life across each project.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Manage 250 megawatts of energy on 1 project, and 200 mW on the other
• Smart grid management
• Prepare and maintain budget, schedule reports
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and employees to make sure deadlines are met
• Organize field crew tasks and updates
• Number savvy for tracking budgets
• Make sure they’re upholding all safety standards to close within budget and keep within the deadline
• Needs to be in the office on-site in Austin 2-3 days a week

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience managing renewable energy or utility-scale projects (PV experience is a plus)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in different locations
• Strong understanding of renewable technologies, construction practices, permitting, and interconnection processes
• Familiarity with contract management (EPC, PPA, BOP) and project finance structures is a plus
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the U.S. as needed
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
