Consultancy Project Manager Roles – Civil/Infrastructure/Three Waters

I have a number of opportunities for experienced project managers, ideally with infrastructure experience in Transport, Land Development and Three Waters, who are able to deliver a project from inception through to completion. Ideally you will have previous experience working for a project management consultancy or perhaps an engineering consultancy with exposure to the full project lifecycle.

Existing or previous experience working in construction within New Zealand is essential.

I have roles in both Auckland and Wellington with potential further work coming up in other locations too.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and coordinating projects from concept to completion.
• Working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Managing programmes, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensuring projects meet high-quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Working through Design Management, Procurement and Contract Management

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-5 years of project management experience in civil infrastructure, and/or 3 waters work in New Zealand.
• A relevant qualification in project/construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Great communication and relationship-building skills—you know how to bring people together to get things done.
• Experience working in a consultancy or client-side environment.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering quality projects.
