About the Position:

Project Manager – Responsibility for projects assigned – from subcontractor award, construction, through closeout. Managing administrative and technical duties that include schedule, budget, assist bid-packages, processing submittals, change orders, customer relations, etc. Relocation assistance is provided

Requirements:

• BS in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory
• 4+ years of construction management experience with minimum of 7 years total experience
• Technical/Software skills – Microsoft products
• Communication Skills
