DEPARTMENT: Project Management JOB NUMBER: W00380 CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for planning, execution and construction supervision of comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong Plan, monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal parties with regard to the project progress Tackle problems encountered and provide solutions to improve the project development efficiency REQUIREMENTS Degree in Architectural or related disciplines with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience At least 10 years of project management experience in overseeing large-scale development projects independently from inception to completion Experience in Hong Kong's high end residential / commercial / office projects with solid experience in JV project preferred Conversant with local government regulations Good presentation skills, self-motivated and a team player with strong leadership and communication skills Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
