Moire Studio is a full-service Architecture firm based out of Highland Park, Los Angeles. While providing valuable design services for our clients, Moire Studio also places an emphasis on self-designed, self-owned, and self-built real estate development. We believe that the layering of these practices produces a greater understanding of the complex building process. Joining our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute and learn from our activities in General Contracting and Property Development.

Project Manager / Architectural Designer (Contract-to-Full-Time)

Moire Studio is a small but growing architecture firm based in Los Angeles. We're looking for a talented and self-motivated Project Manager / Architectural Designer to join us—someone eager to grow with our studio.

This role will begin on a contract basis with a trial project, working remotely on your own schedule. If it's a good fit, we’d love to transition into a full-time position.

What We’re Looking For

• Live and work in Southern California
• Bachelor in Architecture, minimum
• Strong design sensibility and technical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, concurrently, from concept through construction
• Knowledge of permitting a plus, but not required
• Expertise with AutoCAD and Sketchup.
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• 3+ years of professional experience minimum
  
  

Compensation will be negotiated based on experience and demonstrated competence. We value work life balance and would be open to offering a hybrid-remote workweek.
