Job Post: Architect Project Manager Company Information: Architectural Design Collaborative, Inc. (ADC) is a full-service Architecture and Interior Design Firm established in Miami, Florida in 1984. The firm has a successful business model with a proven growth track record. ADC has extensive experience in commercial architecture and interiors. Our company specializes in corporate workplace, hospitality, entertainment, retail and financial institution project types. ADC is looking to hire a Project Manager in Atlanta, Georgia to join our team. ADC is looking to hire a Regional Project Manager preferably located in the Atlanta Metro area or anywhere in Atlanta to join our team. Position: We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Project Manager to join our team. Candidates must demonstrate good communication and leadership skills, strong design abilities, ability to oversee and manage projects in construction and maintain client relationships. This position will require traveling to project locations. Responsibilities: Candidates will assist in all phases of a project including but not limited to: Oversee client relations Project Manager duties: Tasks may include but are not limited to: Coordinate with engineering disciplines, direct client contact, project scheduling, project management, evaluation of codes, site visits, delivery of construction documents and construction administration. As-built and verification of existing building conditions Research code requirements and ensure feasibility of design Conduct site visits and attend construction meetings. Will require travel. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture Registered Architect is desired but not required Proficient in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rendering Software, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft LEED AP is a plus Highly self-motivated personality and ability to work remotely Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, teammates, consultants, and contractors 7-8 years of experience working at a professional architecture firm and performing construction administration duties Benefits: Excellent Health Insurance (PPO not an HMO) - wholly paid by the firm Vision and Dental Insurance – minimal employee contribution Profit Sharing 1 week vacation for first 3 years of employment, two weeks after 3 years of employment 6 paid sick days annually + your birthday off 6 paid holidays Laptop with docking station and dual monitors Please visit our website http://www.adcinternational.net/ to learn more.
