In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects that drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainability in energy operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for IT initiatives within the energy sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless project execution. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to align project objectives, scope, and deliverables with organizational goals. Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and ensure project success. Manage vendor relationships and oversee the implementation of software, hardware, or systems solutions tailored to energy sector needs. Track project performance metrics, prepare progress reports, and ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements. Drive innovative solutions in renewable energy technologies, smart grids, and energy analytics through effective IT project management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the energy sector. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar software. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with energy industry technologies, including SCADA systems, energy management systems, and IoT solutions. PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
