We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the Corporate Network, Design, and Integration workstream within a broader IT Infrastructure Integration Program. This program aims to unify three distinct IT landscapes into a single greenfield environment, reusing proven technologies, designs, and best practices from the existing environments.
As the Project Manager for the Corporate Network initiative, you will drive the implementation of standardized, secure, and globally scalable connectivity solutions across all sites in the organization. This includes design, planning, and coordination of site integrations, hardware rollouts, firewall deployments, VPN consolidation, and enhanced network security tooling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the Corporate Network, Design, and Integration project within the IT Infrastructure Integration Program.
- Develop and validate detailed network architecture and site integration designs.
- Coordinate the rollout of standardized Wi-Fi networks and network hardware upgrades based on lifecycle and organizational needs.
- Manage the deployment of firewalls both on-site and in cloud environments to enhance segmentation and cyber security.
- Oversee the consolidation of multiple VPN solutions into a single, centralized setup.
- Extend the existing Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) across all network sites.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, IT architects, vendors, and infrastructure teams to align project milestones with business and technical objectives.
- Ensure documentation, communication, and risk mitigation strategies are effectively maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support interim connectivity strategies while driving towards the global network end-state.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience managing complex network integration projects across multi-site, multinational organizations.
- Solid understanding of enterprise-level network design, infrastructure deployment, and security best practices.
- Strong experience with Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation in both on-premises and cloud (preferably Azure) environments.
- Experience working with Cisco solutions, particularly Cisco ISE, is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work within large transformation programs involving multiple interdependent workstreams (e.g., cloud hosting, workstation integration, telephony).
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certifications in PMP, Prince2, or Agile project management.
- Technical certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP, Azure Network Engineer Associate).
- Experience with IT consolidation or merger/acquisition-related IT projects.
