About Us:

We are a fast-growing creative first performance marketing agency based in Ahmedabad. Helping fast- growing eCommerce and D2C brands create scroll stopping ads that convert and also manage paid media for them. Our clients spend INR 50L - 5 Cr+ monthly on ads and have extremely high expectations for their partners. Some of our clients include Frido, Canva India, Oziva, Mnmlst, Phool, Ambrane, Suroskie, Ajmal Perfumes and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact and coordination for our entire creative ecosystem, including video editor, copywriter, designer, and talent manager.
• Develop and maintain a robust project management system to ensure timely delivery of all creative assets
• Track and manage project timelines, deadlines, and quality standards across multiple concurrent projects
• Effectively communicate project requirements, expectations, and updates to both internal team members and external brand partners
• Conduct regular check-ins and progress reviews with team members to maintain accountability and prevent bottlenecks
• Manage client communications, ensuring transparent and professional interactions
• Create and maintain detailed project tracking documentation
• Proactively identify potential delays or issues and develop mitigation strategies
• Facilitate smooth handoffs between different team members and departments
• Optimize workflow processes to improve team efficiency and productivity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience working in a creative marketing agency or similar fast-paced creative environment.
• Good understanding of marketing and content creation industry dynamics
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing workflows and creative production processes.
