This industry leader is committed to excellence, fostering a growth-oriented, people-first culture – we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their SA team.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of high-value, complex projects across various sectors, including commercial, high-rise residential, industrial, sporting, health, government, retail, education, and tourism.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards across all site activities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Coordinating resources, managing timelines and resolving any project challenges that arise.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of local experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record delivering commercial construction projects valued up to $50M.

We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams, delegate effectively and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders and team members.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex project challenges.
