Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly collaborative and results-oriented Project Manager & Account Manager to oversee performance management across our B2B account portfolio. This role is central to ensuring operational excellence, financial visibility, and superior customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring experience from the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or management consulting sectors, with a proven ability to work across national retailers, wholesalers, and smaller accounts. This individual must be capable of translating business needs between external partners and internal teams across all levels—from executive stakeholders to frontline operators—while driving execution and results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day performance of strategic B2B accounts, including national retailers, wholesalers, and independent healthcare partners.
  • Analyze and track account performance across purchasing, revenue, PO flow, margin, and profitability metrics.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity, monitor customer health, flag risks, and identify upsell and retention opportunities.
  • Lead resolution of account issues by coordinating across business development, operations, and finance teams.
  • Drive key business milestones including product launches, reorders, and marketing programs with a focus on financial and operational outcomes.
  • Effectively translate business and operational needs between external partners and internal teams. Communicate clearly across all organizational levels, ensuring both strategic alignment and tactical execution.
  • Leverage cloud-based platforms and AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, improve internal efficiency, and enhance customer value delivery.
  • Build and deliver recurring reports and dashboards for both internal stakeholders and customer partners to maintain alignment on performance and objectives.


Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in account management, project management, or client success roles within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or management consulting.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale B2B customer relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
  • Strong understanding of purchasing systems, PO lifecycle, inventory management, and financial metrics (e.g., COGS, gross margin).
  • Proficiency with cloud-based tools and platforms including CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), project management systems (e.g., Asana, Notion), and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Airtable AI) and a willingness to adopt emerging tech to enhance performance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage both strategic discussions and tactical details with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with a bias for action and a focus on delivering measurable results.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with OTC, prescription, or private-label healthcare products.
  • Familiarity with sustainable supply chain models or co-packaging operations.
  • Knowledge of modern data platforms (e.g., Supabase, Airtable) or workflow automation (e.g., N8n, Zapier).
