Job Description

• Lead and manage the entire new product introduction (NPI) process
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the NPI workflow
• Manage project documentation and prepare detailed progress reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications, ensuring clear and efficient interactions
