Support the project management team in a multitude of different tasks connected to the following: Customer visit organization Prototypes management Reimbursement registration Support timing control: updating and follow-up of existing time schedules Support project documentation and organization: Actively handling the project document filing and update, meeting minutes, meeting agenda, project reports, documentation of decisions, maintain online teamwork platforms, assisting in the organization of meetings. Translation works: Chinese-English, English-Chinese for technical documents, but also during meetings Support cost controlling and improvement Complete other tasks assigned by department leader What will you gain from Internship?
