As a result, CertifiNOW is seeking high-energy instructors with extensive experience providing didactic in-class presentations coupled with a “student-centric” approach to training and development. CertifiNOW instructors must be an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in project management and/or several of the Knowledge Areas in the PMBOK® Guide. CertifiNOW teaches advanced certification training so those with advanced degrees will be preferred. As an instructor at CertifiNOW, you must personify the characteristics that make CertifiNOW unique: Time–Efficient Student–Centered Quality–Driven Boredom–Resistant Additional Requirements: You must be a PMP® 10 years of experience leading and directing projects as a Project Manager 5 years of didactic public speaking or training experience. Passionate about helping people succeed Experience with a variety of learning styles and approaches Experience with curriculum development Ability to travel (10-15 days per month) A willingness to be taught and learn new approaches and techniques Must be self motivated and internally driven to achieve excellence Technology savvy High level of business ethics Great interpersonal skills and class facilitation skills. So, high standards of personal and business ethics are a must. You must have a professional and intelligent appearance. In addition to being an excellent instructor, the ideal candidate should have excellent skills in curriculum development, proposal writing, listening, and communication skills with an emphasis on consultative sales. You will be expected to provide sales support by attending sales meetings (as the SME) and helping our sales professionals answer RFPs and generate proposals.
