We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our team at Enki Studio. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to understand how creative projects are run, managed, and delivered at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Project Manager in day-to-day coordination between design, content, and strategy teams
- Keeping track of tasks, timelines, and deliverables using project trackers
- Managing and organizing data accurately — from client inputs to internal feedback loops
- Learning the ropes of how projects flow in a creative agency setup
Who We're Looking For
- Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- A natural organizer — someone who likes clarity, order, and timely follow-ups
- Eager to learn the ins and outs of project management and client servicing
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and staying calm under pressure
Bonus: If you’re genuinely curious about how brands and agencies work together
You’ll be working closely with experienced folks across teams, so this is a brilliant launchpad if you're serious about building a career in project or program management.
About Company: We are rebels.
We thought we would be a classic design agency. We would hold or attend creative workshops and brain storm on the brief received over endless cups of coffee. We would deliver exactly what the brands wanted. We would be happy because we made the brand happy.
But then it happened. Happy was just not enough.
One fine day we received a brief from a brand and we ditched it! We said instead of a perfectly happy end result - what if we created something that shocked you? Pleasantly, of course. And consequentially, wowed your audience. Instead of a happy brand, what if we made you a brand that was happily remembered.
That is what Enki Studio is all about. Imagination. Innovation and a healthy dose of rebellion. We tell visual stories that become topics of conversation. Be it design, videos, brand identities, or packaging. If you can see it, we'll show you how to tell a story with it.
