Provides exceptional support and assistance to the Director, Group Engineering & Projects on all Engineering Project Management (PM) activities.
Job Responsibilities :
Acts as barometer, having a sense of issues taking place (in all engineering-related projects and company) and keeping the Director closely updated.
Provides support to the Director on routine technical engineering & reports, and provides rectification and/or mitigation proposals on all facets of projects globally.
Prepares project engineering related reports for management planning.
Conducts preliminary/in-depth research on a variety of engineering topics.
Works closely with other departments across multiple disciplines.
Prepares meeting agenda, minutes and follow-up on all matters arising.
Supports on-going Innovation, Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation programs.
Performs ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Job Requirement :
Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical), with solid years of related working experiences in these fields.
Have work flexibility and able to work efficiently under pressure.
Possess good inter-personal and communication skills.
