About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual passionate about optimizing how we deliver cutting-edge solutions. This role is key to driving efficiency, reducing friction in our processes and ultimately elevating customer satisfaction through seamless program management and project execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment, leveraging project management tools and data analysis to ensure operational excellence. While not essential, a background in bioinformatics or life sciences will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive optimization of delivery programs focused on efficiency and customer-centricity.
• Lead process improvement initiatives based on data analysis of delivery workflows.
• Administer Jira, including project setup, workflows, custom fields, and automation.
• Support the implementation and practice of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Analyze cross-platform data (Jira, KEKA) to generate performance reports/dashboards.
• Manage resource tracking (FTEs, allocations) and ensure timesheet compliance in KEKA.
• Serve as the primary operations contact for delivery coordination and metrics.

Key Metrics :

• Improved Delivery Efficiency: Measured by reduced project turnaround times (TAT) and positive impact of process improvements.
• Customer satisfaction is measured through NPS
• Actionable Performance Insights: Timely delivery of clear, accurate reports/dashboards utilized for decision-making.

Required Skills"

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related operations analyst role.
• Proven experience working effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Good to have - experience in bioinformatics, life sciences or related industries

Technical Skills:

• Project Management Tools: High proficiency in configuring and managing Jira (workflows, custom fields, automation, schemes). Familiarity with other tools like Asana is beneficial.
• Methodologies: Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• HRMS: Experience or familiarity with HRMS platforms (like KEKA) for tasks related to resource tracking and timesheet management.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and a proactive mindset towards identifying and addressing issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across diverse teams and presenting data clearly.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making and process improvement
