We are in search of a skilled Project Lead Scheduler who is passionate about project scheduling and has experience working on complex projects while effectively coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
The Project Lead Scheduler is responsible for the full integration of all company schedules; including but not limited to product management scheduling from concept to design, samples, orders, receiving, quality control, wholesale, marketing, sales campaigns, fulfillment readiness, launch and repeat for every launch. This position also manages project schedules such as ERP system implementations, construction buildouts, event schedules and management, sales campaign milestone activities, such as marketing launches, communication releases, etc. The Scheduler will facilitate meetings capturing the buildout and task/resource loading of schedules and the communication, daily collection of updates, etc to ensure business readiness and performance to goals. Scheduler will communicate go-no-go for launches based on critical path and capabilities.
As the Project Lead Scheduler, you will report to the COO at Little Bipsy’s Everett, WA location. This is a full-time position that can accommodate a hybrid in/out of office model.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project).
Coordinate with project team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within CPI and SPI.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
Ensure leadership has the schedule performance information necessary to guide timely business decisions
Identify potential schedule risks and work with the project team to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Ensure project schedule is aligned with project scope, budget, and quality objectives.
Communicate schedule changes and updates to project team members and stakeholders.
Lead meetings capturing the buildout and task/resource loading of schedules.
Collect daily updates and ensure readiness and performance to goals.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Collaborate effectively with diverse personalities across the company.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management scheduling.
Experience working with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification is a plus, or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

COMPENSATION
The annual salary in the Seattle, WA area for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
