How You'll Make an Impact * Serve as the primary contact for technical matters with customers. * Ensure complete and multidisciplinary information in engineering development. * Lead the development of new solutions for complex projects and challenges. * Drive the completion of all engineering activities on projects. * Provide technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities. * Prepare project documents within budget, scope, and contract. * Ensure adherence to safety standards and mitigate potential risks. * Maintain technical quality in contracts, documents, and deliveries. Your Background * Academic degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering or similar). * 5+ years of experience in a similar lead role. * Experience with HVDC technology is a plus, but not required. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to take a leading role and deliver quality results. * Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing; other languages are an advantage. * Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
