Project Inspector/Engineer-In-Training for the City of Ketchikan Public Works Department. Performs entry level professional engineering work on engineering projects. Assists engineering staff with the development and design of capital improvement projects, development of plans and specifications, and project management and inspects the construction and maintenance of streets, sewers, buildings, solid waste and other public facilities for conformance to plans and specifications. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in civil engineering or a related field, with two years of professional engineering experience. Possession of a valid Engineer In Training Certificate. Possession of an appropriate, valid driver's license. Regular, full-time; $34.56- $46.54/Hr. DOQ plus benefits. Position is open until filled.
