• Copper River Shared Services**is searching for a**ProjectFinancial Analyst**to join Shared Services in support of our family of companies. In this role, you will oversee project set-up and the ongoing management of Deltek direct projects. **Responsibilities***(include but are not limited to)***:**

• Collaborate with program managers and the contracts department to establish projects in Costpoint and implement modifications as necessary.
• Oversee the internal approval workflow, ensuring the timely completion of project setup tickets.
• Provide project support for various contract types, including Fixed Price (FP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Time and Materials (TandM), and Hybrid contracts.
• Work closely with Project Control, Program Managers, Contracts, and the accounting team to ensure project setup configurations align with billing, revenue recognition, and reporting requirements, as well as company policies.
• Analyze and interpret contractual requirements to ensure accurate Costpoint setup.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings for new awards, option years, and other significant changes as required.
• Maintain up-to-date contract setup and modification documentation, ensuring it is properly stored in Costpoint.
  
  

Essential Job Requirements

• **Education:**
• Bachelors degree in accounting, business or related field
• **Experience:**
• 2-3 years hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint including project setup
• **Skills:**
• Proven ability to excel in fast paced, customer-focused, and collaborative team environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, friendly, professional, and proactive style.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formula creation
