Project Finance Analyst

Northern, VA - Hybrid

$90k base salary, plus generous bonus

Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is supporting a mid-sized, growth company in the northern, VA area with Project Finance Analyst position.

This is an incredible opportunity for a rising star Finance/FP&A professional interested in hands-on experience with a dynamic team.

The Project Finance Analyst will work in a nimble, hands-on team, analyzing projects across the US, building complex models, and working directly with investors. The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience, with a BS in Finance, and experience in the real estate industry.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Handle transaction execution and financial closing process for multiple projects at various stages of development
• Create and maintain complex financial models for multiple scenarios and projects
• Support negotiations with investors for the company’s portfolio projects, including development and construction debt, joint venture equity, and tax equity
• Support project development and acquisition by partnering with other company business units - development, operations, construction, legal - to estimate and track
