Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Executive to lead our Data Center projects. This role is critical in managing large-scale, complex construction projects, ensuring successful project administration, financial performance, schedule adherence, risk management, relationship management, team development, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall project management for large, complex construction projects ($200MM+).
- Facilitate customer and team meetings, ensuring timely distribution of minutes and action items.
- Oversee project financials, develop proposals, and execute project strategies.
- Maintain project schedules, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and monitor risk management plans.
- Manage relationships with customers, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Mentor and train project staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; minimum of ten years in related roles.
- Minimum seven years of profit and loss accountability on multiple projects.
- Experience managing all disciplines of design/build projects.
- Proficient in various contracting methods and knowledgeable about contractual obligations.
- Proven track record of increasing project profitability.
- Strong technical knowledge in engineering and design disciplines.
- Ability to develop aggressive project schedules and cost estimates.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications.
