  • Assist in contract negotiation and scope adjustments, ensuring financial stability and adherence to project budgets.

  • Project Cost Management:
  • Ensure that structured wiring projects are completed on time and within budget by tracking progress and adjusting estimates as necessary.
  • Work with internal teams to identify potential risks and cost impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze historical data and trends to improve the accuracy of future estimates and bids.
  • Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to reconcile project costs and ensure that financial data is accurately recorded and reported.
  • Monitor project changes, ensuring that scope adjustments are properly captured in cost forecasts.

  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, project management) to understand project scope and requirements.
  • Provide support during the procurement process, ensuring that all materials and resources are adequately estimated.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure clarity on project scope, timelines, and costs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estimating and bidding projects or similar systems (e.g., construction, low voltage wiring, telecom, or network infrastructure).
  • Strong proficiency with estimation software and tools (e.g., Sage, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in financial forecasting, project accounting, and cost management.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports and data.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices for construction projects.
