Core Responsibilities:
1. Sales:
1.1. Consult and advise clients to determine the best solution for their requirements.
1.2. Obtain deep understanding of all MetroWall standard products and be able to answer technical questions.
1.3. Utilize sales tactics and strategies to convert proposals into sales.
1.4. Review contracts according to MetroWall procedures.
1.5. Log new sales.
2. Plan Analysis and Takeoffs:
2.1. Receive/review architectural drawings and specifications from general contractors, architects and MetroWall sales team.
2.2. Analyze architectural drawings and specifications.
2.3. Determine which products meet the design intent and specifications.
2.4. Generate/submit RFIs as necessary to accurately complete tasks.
2.5. Use dedicated software to perform quantity takeoffs.
3. Estimating
3.1. Generate proposals using proprietary software according to MetroWall procedures.
3.2. Review proposals for accuracy and respond to questions.
3.3. Submit proposals in accordance with imposed deadlines.
3.4. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
