Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator, located in San Marcos, TX. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing project specifications, and providing accurate budgeting for projects. The individual will also review project proposals, communicate with stakeholders to ensure accurate estimation, and manage cost management throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires close collaboration with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed within estimated costs and timelines.

• Effective Communication skills
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Familiarity with construction materials and processes
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience with estimation software such as ProEst or similar is a plus
