PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our client in Roebuck, SC, a leading provider of heavy industrial fabrication and construction services, is seeking a Project Engineer to join their growing team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to manage projects from design through field execution in a variety of industries, including chemical, oil & gas, environmental, and power generation.

Project Engineer Responsibilities:

• Review technical specs, drawings, and applicable codes (ASME, API, AWWA, etc.) to develop project designs
• Generate cost estimates, RFQs, and proposals
• Manage project lifecycle: drafting, purchasing, fabrication, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
• Monitor scope changes, contract compliance, and performance metrics

Project Engineer Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or structural engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, process engineering, or heavy construction
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• PE or PMP certification is a plus
