Position: Project Engineer

Reporting Manager: Associate Project Manager

Location: Amata City IEAT, Rayong

Normal Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8-5

Job Scope: The project engineer will be responsible for the plant CapEX project and providing project pipeline for the next 2-3 year to support business growth in future. He/ She is under supervision and directs reports to Associate manager, Project Engineer.

Job Details

• Assist manager to review project plans and proposals, then works with management to develop project objectives. Identifies project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project. Calculates time frames and sequences the stages of the project.
• Manage multi-disciplinary engineering projects which include process, mechanical, civil/ structural, automation, architectural, electrical, digital project and building service teams. Project value ≤ $100K
• Deliver project according to schedule, specification and budget including all necessary weekly and monthly reporting.
• Prepares and distributes a description and timeline of the project.
• Reviews contractor bids ≤ $50K; interviews and assigns personnel to specific phases and elements of the project. Through project coordination meetings and other forms of communication, overseas coordinates the technical aspects of the project.
• Prepares status reports and regularly monitors budgets, contractors, and schedules. Keeps an accurate record and electronic database of all elements of the projects.
• Presents procedures, rules, and regulations to those involved in the project; maintains a safe, quality system, GMP’s and regulatory through enforcing procedures. Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with state and federal regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer Background or others related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Engineering for any International Manufacturing such as FMCG, Healthcare, Chemical or Electronics Manufacturing. (Open for Non-Experienced for Healthcare Manufacturing).
• Demonstrate knowledge in engineering principles, practices and methods, environmental regulations, engineering project management methods, workplace safety, budgeting, employee supervision and personnel management
• Written and Verbal Communication
• Sound computer skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Working in a Team environment
