Desired Skills And Experience

Experience in retail/commercial construction projects is required. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential; knowledge of Prolog and MS Project is a plus. We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive under pressure. You will assist the site Superintendent in maintaining daily logs, reports, submittals, sub lists, subcontracts, schedules, change orders, insurance, material procurement, logistics, as-builts, and closeout.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management)
• Relevant experience in construction or engineering
• Strong understanding of plans and schematics
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Procor experience is a plus
