Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Engineer. The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing project tasks, including bidding, budget management, subcontractor buyout, meeting minutes, change order, submittal & RFI management, schedule updates and other tasks to ensure successful project delivery. The role involves collaboration with our owner, project superintendents, design team and others to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage remote tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Experience in multifamily housing construction and development is beneficial
• Requires weekly travel to project sites throughout SE Wisconsin
