Essential Skills * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction with a general contractor. * Proficiency in project management and coordination. * Experience with projects ranging from $5 to $15 million. * Familiarity with healthcare, retirement community/homes/ living, and higher education construction projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience with Procore software is a plus. * Strong skills in design, estimation, and project scheduling. * Aspiration to grow from Project Engineer to Project Manager. Work Environment This position is primarily onsite, with occasional site visits required.
