Job Summary:
The Project Engineer manages projects through the entire project life cycle including but not limited to modification, new and standard products, compliance approval project, quality improvement projects, product obsolescence, projects to change internal processes, and other duties as required. This role will work with, consult with, and/or direct the staff across departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Shipping, and Sales & Marketing) regarding product requirements, specifications, testing protocol, and project execution. This individual will interface regularly with customers in support of technical request and ensure alignment on project/product requirements and drive all customer related activity in collaboration with Sales and Customer Care.

Knowledge of:
Project management, gated NPD process knowledge; technical product or application development; fluent with industrial marketing and sales principles; customer interface; PMI certification is a plus.
Skills:
Self-starter and lead cross functional teams; motivate teams to meet project objectives; proficient in all Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), CRM software, database management; problem solving – NPD experience; customer intimacy and interfacing; strong communication skills (written & verbal); communicate and work cooperatively both within and outside the company; make oral and written presentations; strong technical aptitude; and good business acumen.
Salary range: $77,600 to $95,500 with 5% bonus potential. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Compensation packages also include comprehensive benefits, 401K contribution and match, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and more.
