Job Summary
The Project Engineer collaborates closely with the Project Management team to plan, coordinate, and ensure the successful execution of all phases of a project, from initial start-up to final close-out.
Responsibilities
Assist project managers in reviewing proposals and plans to establish time frames, funding limitations, and procedures for project completion.
Monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to requirements.
Collaborate with Project Managers to analyze budget costs for small-scale projects, ensuring alignment with financial goals and project requirements.
Maintain frequent communication with general contractors, external vendors, and subcontractors.
Occasionally accompany Project Manager’s to project sites.
Participate in project start-up and close-out activities.
Assist in estimating and processing change orders.
Create an agenda for kickoff and handoff meetings.
Ensure the required safety documentation is provided to the General Contractor.
Other duties as designated by the Director and Senior Project Engineer.
Education, Skills, And Experience
2+ Years experience in Electrical Administration.
Electrical experience is a plus.
Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.
Strong organization, communication, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Benefits
Hourly Range: $25.00 – $35.00
