Remote Project Engineer -N/W Indiana Region

Travel: 25–30%

We're seeking a Project Engineer to join our growing team. This is a remote role. Occasional office visits required in the first 6–12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from kickoff to commissioning ($25K–$1M)
• Lead electrical/control system design, PLC programming, panel QC, and startup
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Handle multiple projects (4–5 at a time), mostly new builds (80%)

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in project engineering
• Degree in EE, EET, ME, MET (Associate’s with experience accepted)
• CAD skills (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
• PLC programming experience + hands-on commissioning

Nice to Have:

• Water/wastewater background
• SCADA, NEC, UL508 knowledge
• Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron familiarity
• AutoCAD Electrical + panel building skills
