We're hiring a Project & Process Engineer for a leading manufacturer in the metalworking industry. In this role, you'll take ownership of key production processes, working both on the shop floor and in the office to drive efficiency, support new product introductions, and lead process improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and optimize production processes (focus on efficiency, cost, and cycle time).
• Drive first-time-right production, reduce setup times, and increase OEE.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, quality, maintenance, procurement).
• Develop clear work instructions and train operators.
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and tools, and lead their implementation.

Your Profile

• 2–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong technical knowledge, with understanding of Machinery, PLCs, and machine safety.
• Skilled in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on, analytical, and communicates clearly in Dutch and English.
