We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to manage and execute projects involving Electronic Security Systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection Systems and other ELV systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, coordination, implementation, and successful delivery while ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Oversee installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm systems, and other Extra Low Voltage systems
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and submittals for client/consultant approval.
• Perform site surveys and prepare detailed reports and BOQs.
• Provide technical guidance to installation teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain project documentation, including project schedules, site reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for product support and integration requirements.
• Deliver end-user training and handover documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the ELV or security systems industry.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, IP video surveillance, access control systems, intrusion detection, intercoms, and networking
• Familiarity with products from brands like Axis Lenel, HID, Hikvision, Genetec etc.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Visio and other project management tools.
• Good understanding of network topologies, IP addressing, and basic networking principles
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle projects with minimal supervision.

Preferred Certifications

• Manufacturer certifications (e.g. Axis, Genetec, Lenel, etc.)
• PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus

Working Conditions

• Site-based and office-based work depending on project phase.
• May require occasional travel and extended hours to meet project deadlines.
