Position: Project Engineer – Injection Molding

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer with a strong background in injection molding to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is experienced in managing technical projects from concept through completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading the creation, documentation, and implementation of procedures for building injection molds and launching injection molding projects
• Overseeing mold development, part processing, and ensuring timely project execution
• Managing project timelines and maintaining clear, proactive communication with internal teams and external customers regarding progress and any challenges that arise
• Driving continuous improvement efforts related to process development, product performance, and operational efficiency
• Creating and maintaining detailed process documentation
• Supporting cross-functional problem solving and project/program management activities

This position requires occasional travel to our Fiskdale, MA location.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in product and process development, specifically in injection molding
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
