Position Overview
The Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all aspects meet the required standards and specifications. This role involves collaborating with various teams, managing resources, and maintaining project timelines to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilize AutoCAD for design and drafting tasks, creating detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
- Conduct analysis and simulations related to mechanical systems and fluid handling processes.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders throughout the project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in engineering projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and fluid handling principles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once.
