The Project Engineer is assigned to project teams, and prepares reports, opinions and recommendations, and civil engineering design of streets, sanitary sewers, watermain, stormwater management facilities, and hydrologic computer modeling. Is knowledgeable of floodplain and wetland mitigation. Researches literature and develops solutions to complex engineering problems. Coordinates subcontractors and sub consultants on various work including traffic reports and soils testing.
