Project Engineer Responsibilities： Prepare service proposals and provide presentations to customer; Support and be responsible for sales activities, including customer/site visit, and preparation of tender/contract document; Site coordination such as communication with sub-contractor, time-line management, etc.; Manage and Monitor the progress of projects to customer satisfaction. Requirements： Higher Diploma in Engineering, Building studies, Building Services or Civil, E&M Engineer equivalent; Relevant experience in water leakage detection, building inspection and monitoring, surveying, Building Services / Civil Engineering / E&M engineering is preferable; Able to work independently and willing to learn; Proactive, good communication skill, hard-working and willing to take challenge; Good command of written & spoken English/Chinese.
