Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, planning, and oversight of construction and infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, construction practices, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for civil infrastructure projects.
• Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, surveyors, contractors, and government agencies.
• Monitor construction progress and provide technical guidance during project execution.
• Perform calculations and use engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve design and construction issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required.
• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, MS Project).
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
