• Location: Boyle Heights, CA
• Pay: $60,000–$70,000/year + Company Vehicle & Gas Card

What You’ll Do:

• Support Project Manager with scheduling, permits, RFIs, and submittals
• Coordinate materials, site logistics, and long-lead items
• Manage project documentation, safety compliance, and site meetings
• Assist with billing, subcontractor coordination, and project closeout
• Maintain project punch list, take weekly site photos, and develop look-ahead schedules
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record (vehicle & gas card provided)
• Please note that upon a conditional offer of assignment, you may be required to complete a physical, drug test, and background check.
• 1+ year of construction project coordination or engineering support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with construction documents, permitting, and safety procedures
