Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is seeking a Project Development Sales Manager to lead the charge in expanding our customer and shipper base while working with two key locations: our Foreign Trade Zone Terminals in Yuma, AZ and Houston, TX.


What You'll Do:

  • Drive revenue by developing and managing a profitable book of business.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities using a consultative sales approach.
  • Utilize your expertise to build strong relationships and identify customer needs.
  • Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored pricing, operational plans, and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to offer innovative solutions to clients.


Who You Are:

  • A seasoned B2B international and domestic project transportation sales professional with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Someone who thrives in a self-motivated, fast-paced environment and has a knack for building long-term relationships.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track and manage your sales pipeline.
  • An expert communicator with strong decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player who embodies our core values and works towards the success of all staff.
  • Willing to travel as needed, including overnight trips.
